What is Lou Pécou x Parlan?  

Lou Pécou x Parlan is a special collaborative pizza and wine event by Lou Pécou and Parlan Wines. It showcases Artisanal pizzas crafted with fresh local ingredients by Lou Pécou, paired with Parlan’s natural wines, all in a casual vineyard setting.

What kind of pizza will be served?  

Expect local fruit and vegetable highlights on our signature thin crust pizza dough. Made fresh to order in the rows of the vineyard, our pizza chefs will craft your pizza right in front of you, for a unique, intimate culinary experience. 

What kind of wine will be served?  

Travis will be serving up his three current releases, plus a special unreleased barrel fermented wine. Guests will also have the opportunity to sample the current vintage at different stages of fermentation. Please note that all alcohol service will be conducted in compliance with all provincial liquor regulations. As the event is located in a semi-remote area, we strongly encourage all guests to drink responsibly and arrange for appropriate transportation in advance.

What can attendees expect?  

Attendees can expect a relaxed, inviting atmosphere where they can enjoy incredible food and wine. This event is designed to be intimate and personal, allowing close interaction with the artisans and a chance to appreciate the crafts of pizza and wine making in a unique setting. The event will be held entirely outside in the rows of the Parlan vineyard (so please dress warm!).

Are tickets limited?  

Yes, tickets are limited due to the intimate nature of the event. 

Is this event suitable for newcomers or only experts?  

Everyone is encouraged to attend, regardless of experience. Whether you’re a seasoned industry professional or a casual food and wine lover, the event is suitable for all who appreciate quality food, wine, and company 

Are there any special considerations I should know?  

The event will take place outside, so please be sure to dress for the weather. We will have a tent for cover in the event of rain. Limited seating will be available. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before booking to ensure we can accommodate. 

Cancellation Policy

Ticket sales are final. In the event of an emergent need to cancel your ticket, please reach out to admin@lou-pecou.ca . In the event of extreme weather conditions, all tickets will be refunded in full.
